Terms & Conditions

• Renter's valid driver's license will be held during the duration of the rental.
• Renter is liable for all new damage inflicted to the rental car during the rental.
• It is the renter's responsibility to take pictures/video of the vehicle before taking possession of the rental car to assist with any possible discrepancies that may arise in regards to damage to rental car.
• Renter is restricted to using the rental car at Willow Springs International Raceway.
• Rental car shall not leave Willow Springs International Raceway premise for any reason.
• Renter is responsible for admission fees charged by Willow Springs International Raceway.
• Renter is prohibited from allowing any other drivers to use the rental car for any reason.
• In the event of a mechanical failure that is not caused by renter negligence, the remaining time of rental will be refunded to renter from the time renter contacts Drift 101.
• Renter will be charged a rate of $1.25/minute for late rental drop-offs.
